The work of the General Assembly to determine the best way to solve the Santee Cooper nuclear crisis continues.
On April 4th, the South Carolina House passed a bill that would continue a process to test the market for Santee Cooper. To see the House-passed version of the bill, click here.
On May 2nd, the South Carolina Senate amended the House bill with their version of a bill to test the market for Santee Cooper. You can see the most up to date version of the bill here.
The South Carolina House will have an opportunity to take the bill back up the week of May 6th.
